Refund Policy

All ticket sales for St. Louis Smoke Out Cigar Festivals are final. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- General Admission tickets
- VIP tickets
- Tables, packages, and add-ons
- Vendor fees
- Sponsorship payments
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of plans
- Scheduling conflicts
- Weather conditions
- Travel issues
- Failure to attend
- Personal emergencies
- Removal from the event for violation of event policies
2. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed, purchased tickets may be honored for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not automatically be issued.
3. Event Cancellation
If an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the event organizers. Service fees, processing fees, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Smoke Out Festivals to attempt resolution. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in denial of future ticket purchases and legal action where applicable.
5. Ticket Transfers & Resale
Tickets may not be resold, copied, transferred, or used for promotional purposes without written permission from Smoke Out Festivals.
6. Force Majeure
St. Louis Smoke Out Cigar Festival shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Venue issues
- Acts of terrorism
- Labor disputes
Under such circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed.
